Uder the Scope of Works tab, you will find a list of specifications which outlines the of all the requirements for the task. Pros will use this list to provide an accurate quote.
Variations
If your Pro identifies additional aspects essential to the task, they'll propose variations. Each variation will be transparent with associated costs and details of the work that will need to be done. You can then choose to accept or decline as needed.

Quality Assurance Checklist
Within the Quality Assurance tab, you'll discover the Quality Assurance Checklist—a detailed rundown of the work completed in a task. It will help you identify if things were done correctly and to a high standard. It is a tool to help you build with confidence. If at any time there are issues with one of the checklist items, you will have the ability to raise a defect.
Defects
In addition to the Build Buddy Checklist, uncover the Raising Defects feature within the Quality Assurance Tab. Should you encounter any concerns with a task completed by a pro, Build Buddy enables you to promptly address issues by raising a defect. Once a defect is raised, the Pro responsible can swiftly identify and initiate the process for rectification, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution.
